Rates within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) as defined as of February 2020:
South - Lake Ontario
East - Simcoe Road in Oshawa
West - Hwy 427 in Mississauga
North - Aurora Road in Aurora

| Base Rate | $145.00/hr + HST | Any increment which is 15 minutes or more past the hour will constitute billing of a whole hour. |
| Remote Rate | $72.50 + HST/first 30 minutes | Billed additionally in 30 minute increments at a rate of $65 per increment. |
| Emergency Rate | $145.00/hr + HST with a 2 hour minimum | Any increment which is 15 minutes or more past the hour will constitute billing of a whole hour. Service Contracts for Monthly Maintenance are negotiated independently. Please refer to those documents for pricing. |
| Cabling | Cat 6 - $220 per run Coax - $200 per run Service Calls - $145/hr |
All cabling is prepared with a quote customized to each request. Pricing and associated fees are provided as part of the quotes. |
| E-waste and Data Destruction | FREE | We provide FREE e-waste recycling services for all electronics to our clients. We also provide FREE data destruction for data media with tracking for all of our clients. As a corporate philosophy we have always repurposed or recycled when possible and by providing these services free of charge, we feel our contribution will keep as much waste out of the landfills as possible. |

Any visits outside of the GTA will be surcharged with a travel fee of 1 hour fixed or a per kilometer rate depending on the situation and up to the discretion of the consultant. This fee will be identified at the time of booking with the customer.
Parking fees may be dispersed on a case by case evaluation.

We accept Cash, Paypal, E-transfer, Cheque, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated per incident. A late fee of 2% per month (24% per annum) will be charged to all invoices past 30 days.
